SeedMetrics allows you to connect multiple entities under a single connection. This is common if you have separate QBO instances for different entities within your organization, we call these “Subtenants”. Subtenants are additional entities that use the same Quickbooks Online login credentials and are rolled up into a consolidated view. Note that this is different than an accounting firm who wants to connect multiple clients with a single login credential.
Connecting additional subtenants will increase your monthly subscription fees, so make sure to connect with the SeedMetrics team to understand fee structures before connecting.
Open your Power BI file and click the link icon to open your connection settings page. If you have more than one Tenant running through your Power BI file, it may prompt you to select a Tenant before it will launch the page.

Click the settings icon to launch the widget

Click the Account dropdown in the top left. You should see the Account name of your primary, or initial Account.

Enter the display name you’d like to see in Power BI and click Connect Account.
